At Chauffeur Cab the cornerstone of our service is punctuality and reliability. We will do our best to ensure every single reservation request is honoured with the prompt, on-time service we are renowned for.
At Chauffeur Cab we are available to accept reservations between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week. We monitor our booking enquiries regularly and when we take your reservation you can rely that we will get you to our destination in a safe and timely manner. Should there be rare circumstances which potentially affect this, we will keep you informed via your provided phone number.
We guarantee to check with the airline for updated arrival information, but cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
If your flight arrives earlier than scheduled, please call us to advise of your early arrival.
If we have to wait longer than 10 minutes from the reserved pick-up time we will start to charge for wait time.
Please note we don’t apply this charge to delayed flights, however we do ask that you attempt to notify us when you are informed of a delay. This will help avoid further delays and ensure we can be there to greet you on your arrival.
If a passenger fails to meet the car or driver at the designated location and pickup time the full trip will be charged. If you can not locate our car or driver, please call Chauffeur Cab to get assistance to avoid a No Show fee.
Any trip cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the trip.
Corporate Transfers and Private Tours:
Any cancellations within 7 days are payable in full.
We will happily supply a baby or booster seat for your children. Additional fees will apply.
